This page explains how our verification works and the terms that apply. If you have been asked to complete a verification, use the link shared with you by your hiring company.
Instructions
- Please fill the verification form with correct information as it can't be changed later.
- If for some reason you don't have a particular document available with you, you can just leave that field blank and proceed with the verification.
- If a document/certificate is present in your college/university and you are in your home state and don't have it then also you can leave that field blank.
- Our agent will get in touch with you and at that time you can provide the document which was earlier missing or ask for reschedule if you need more time.
- Your documents will be deleted from our servers 30 days after the verification is completed successfully.
- Kindly make sure that all details are entered correctly without any error.
- Our system scans every submission and if there is any sort of manipulation, wrong information or fake details, the application is rejected automatically.
- We do not contact or inform the candidate in this particular case and NO intimation email will be sent.
- In case, all the details are correct, our team will contact the candidate and provide confirmation regarding the same.
- We will then send the same confirmation to your hiring company.
- The estimated time period to complete the process is 15 business days from the date of submission.
Terms and Conditions for Document Verification
1. Verification Services
We offer verification services to assess the authenticity and accuracy of the documents you submit, ensuring they are genuine, unaltered, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete documents, and confirm that you hold the legal right to submit them. Any falsification, misrepresentation, or submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of the verification.
3. Verification Process
The verification process duration may vary depending on the complexity and volume of documents submitted. We commit to making reasonable efforts to complete the process in a timely manner.
4. Accuracy of Information
You acknowledge that verification results reflect the information available at the time of verification, and we cannot guarantee that subsequent changes are captured.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents are removed from our servers 30 days after the verification is completed, unless retention is required by applicable law.
6. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
